What you buy

One photo-based room reading costs €1.49, paid once through Mollie. No subscription or account is required. The reading is practical, feng-shui-inspired design guidance—not a compass calculation, professional advice, or a guarantee about health, money, safety, or relationships.

Photos and delivery

Only upload a room photo you are allowed to share. Do not upload identifiable people, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information. If a paid photo is unusable or contains an identifiable person, one replacement is included. We aim to generate the reading immediately after payment, but statutory rights and remedies apply if the service is not delivered.

Payments and refunds

Mollie processes the payment on the operator’s behalf. We do not offer discretionary refunds once a personalized reading has been generated, except where a refund or other remedy is required by mandatory law. The service may begin immediately after payment; any loss of a statutory withdrawal right applies only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the image and information you submit, and for keeping your opaque report link private. Do not rely on the reading for medical, financial, legal, safety, or relationship decisions.
